Core Values Cup Registration

Registration for the 2015 Core Values Cup to benefit The First Tee of Central Florida has begun. The Core Values Cup allows men and women in Central Florida to play for their club in an annual Central Florida Tournament. While enjoying tournament golf with the camaraderie of team play, Core Values Cup participants will help The First Tee of Central Florida introduce life skills to the next generation through golf.

The Home of The Nine Healthy Habits

The First Tee Nine Healthy Habits were created through a collaboration among The First Tee, ANNIKA Foundation and Florida Hospital for Children to promote healthy, active lifestyles for young people. The FIrst Tee of Central Florida Honorary Board Member Annika Sorenstam serves as the International Spokesperson for the Nine Healty Habits. The healthy habits are a list of nine health and wellness topics presented as a part The First Tee, formatted for easy understanding and learning by elementary-age students and chapter participants.

Arnold Palmer Donates $200,000 to The First Tee of Central Florida

Arnold Palmer, Hall of Fame golfer and The First Tee National Trustee, has made a $200,000 donation to The First Tee of Central Florida chapter to establish The Arnold Palmer Scholarship Fund. Through Mr. Palmer’s lead gift and support as Honorary Chairman, The First Tee of Central Florida is committed to growing the fund to over $1,000,000 in the next 10 years.
