Swing for the King to Benefit The Arnold Palmer Scholarship Fund

Join us on Monday, September 22, 2014 at the world famous Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge to benefit The First Tee of Central Florida's Arnold Palmer Scholarship Fund. In addition to playing Bay Hill you are going to have the chance to meet and greet some of the hosts from Golf Channel, and participate in The Big Break, just like the Golf Channel TV show where they have the flop wall and glass break. Sign Up for August LPGA USGA Girls Golf Events Today

LPGA-USGA Girls Golf provides an opportunity for girls, ages 7 to 17, to learn to play golf, create friendships, and experience competition in a fun, supportive environment, preparing them for a lifetime of enjoyment of the game. The LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Program is a great addition for female participants of The First Tee of Central Florida with other girls in the program and a great introduction for girls into the game of golf. The Home of The Nine Healthy Habits

The First Tee Nine Healthy Habits were created through a collaboration among The First Tee, ANNIKA Foundation and Florida Hospital for Children to promote healthy, active lifestyles for young people. The FIrst Tee of Central Florida Honorary Board Member Annika Sorenstam serves as the International Spokesperson for the Nine Healty Habits. The healthy habits are a list of nine health and wellness topics presented as a part The First Tee, formatted for easy understanding and learning by elementary-age students and chapter participants.

Arnold Palmer Donates $200,000 to The First Tee of Central Florida

Arnold Palmer, Hall of Fame golfer and The First Tee National Trustee, has made a $200,000 donation to The First Tee of Central Florida chapter to establish The Arnold Palmer Scholarship Fund. Through Mr. Palmer’s lead gift and support as Honorary Chairman, The First Tee of Central Florida is committed to growing the fund to over $1,000,000 in the next 10 years.
